It's December, I know my legs shouldn't hurt but they do, what's up?

Even though the cycling season has long since ended, I'm still riding my bike. In doors of course, outside? Are you mad?! I did manage to take some time off to allow my body and mind to recuperate from the tough season of racing. As burned as I was at the end of the season it didn't take me long before I started to miss riding and miss the way my body looked from all the miles.

I've recently set the bike up on the stand and am slowly building my stamina to do hour long workouts. At first it was tough mostly getting my butt used to the saddle once again but I've been struggling through and have managed to work my way to 1 1/2 hours at a go.

Even though the weather has been warm, here and there, it hasn't been warm enough to get the bike outside.

I hope you're all enjoying the Holiday season and I apologize for not updating the Blog more often. Lots going on! : )
